In June this year one of our early career researchers Anupama Bharadwaj won Best Scientific Poster at the European Association for Work and Organisational Psychology Congress in Turin. Anu used data collected through the Personality, Work and Wellbeing project she worked on at The Raine Study for her research into the effect job design has on employee behaviour.
